I would emphasize your eyes and wear a light colored lip stick, not matte though, it'll make you look like you have foundation on your lips, always go for a glossier finish with light lip colors. And either a smokey black or brown eye or a dramatic cat/winged eye with a cut crease shadow.(:

Really clean brows, a good nude eyeshadow with a subtle highlight, simple liner (maybe a slight cat eye) and dramatic false lashes. Pair that with a matte red lip to match the dress, and you'll blow everyone away! A little old Hollywood glam never hurts. (:
