I asked my derm about these just last week. She called them lesions found in proximity to glands. You can also get them on the lips. Doesn't make sense to me but its what she said.

I have the same exact thing except mines are a little worse :( I've been told its milia but I'm not so sure. I've found exfoliating and using a face cleanser has helped a tiny bit.

Yeah looks like milia. It's just keratin. It can appear as a result of using new products or due to sun damage leading to milia as the sweat glands are damaged. You can get it anywhere on your body, babies even get it. Nothing to stress over as it clear up itself. You can use a needle to squeeze it out but I would suggest leaving it to heal on it's Own.

I get those when I don't get enough sleep... It last a few days just don't try to pop them! Exfoliate 1-2 times a week and it will soon be gone =)
