Homecoming Help for someone who doesn't like dressing up.

So I'm not one to dress up for big events, and I'm not fond of dresses. But our school is very traditional so I have to wear one, anything black would be great, and hair and makeup would be nice too! Thanks so much!

This is more about shoes than dresses or hair, and I'm not sure if it would be allowed at your school, but you could wear a black dress and converse/ vans/ keds. This would dress down a dress and still look nice, and your feet would be comfortable! :)
