Couple days ago, I woke up with these red dots on my neck area. I thought they would have been gone by now, they're not. I don't know what they are from, I don't think I am allergic to anything, kind of seems like they're spreading. Sorry if the picture looks gross, I just don't know what to do. ðŸ˜©

You might want to see what your dermatologist says...could be a rash.

Seeing a dermatologist would be your best bet.

It looks like an allergic reaction. Go to the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist. Don't apply any perfumed lotions nor perfume, it can irritate your skin even more

I might be something that's nicknamed Christmas tree disease. I had it last year around this exact time and it sucks. You can't take anything for it, and it takes 1-7 weeks to go away. Not to scare you or anything, but if you start thing bumps anywhere else particularly your back I suggest you see your doctor.

It's actual name is pityriasis rosea.

It looks like the rashes I get. It might be sweating while sleeping. Always get a towel with cold water and clean it through the day. That works best for me. As Vallerie said, don't use lotions and perfumes. It might cause irritation. Also, applying a topical cream like cortisone may help.

I'd take a Benadryl, drink some green tea and change all my bedding. I'd also sleep in only pure cotton to let skin breathe and apply Cortizone to the dots or take an oatmeal bath.

If it does diminish or vanish within a day or 2, I'd see the doc.

Do they itch? If you have a pet, it may be that fleas have decided to snack on you at night. Could also be bed bugs or a reaction to something (a new detergent maybe?). I hope it clears up!
