I want to get my hair like this, I have the right length and my hair is already somewhat curly, but it's very messy. I want to know what techniques and what tools I need to get my hair like this. Thanks in advance!

Do you have the wand curling iron? looks like you would need a thicker barrel for this style.

It looks like she just loosely curled it with a curling wand, then ran her fingers through it.
