I've tried so many cleansers, even the mild gels and creams dry my skin out so I wanted to try this... Have any of you ladies tried this? I also need a good moisturizer as the ones I've been using now don't do much D: (Nivea soft cream, the body shop vitamin c SPF 30 moisturizer)

Try the vitamin e line at the body shop. I have like super dry skin and I've never had an issue. My mum, who has sensitive skin also uses this and she's never had a problem :)

I forgot to mention that I have several the body shop products (tea tree, vitamin c) they all dry out my skin and make it red and irritated! :(

I tried a mini sample of the garner but it wasn't enough to really know what it's like... I just want a richer wash like an oil/cream type thing that actually makes my skin feel clean and not go red or dry!! My skin has like a rough texture and if I touch it too much it starts to crack and peel :(

Is it good at washing off makeup? I don't use any makeup remover on my eyes cause they're so sensitive so I rely entirely on my washes to get my mascara off... I'm glad you're okay now, so nice to talk to you again.

Try CeraVe SA renewing cream they sell it at walmart and it's dermatologist recommended. I love it, helped me so much! I also use the cleanser which is gentle so you might want to try? :) hope this helps you.

I am with Jacqlyn. I highly suggest CeraVe! The cream in a jar to be exact! That is the thickest moisturizer I've used and it's worked wonders on my skin. I do apply it in small amounts twice a day though, just because I don't want any dry patches! I put it on at night as well! I used to be able to peel my skin off in sheets (I know it's so gnarly but true!) and now I only have about two dry patches (above my eyebrow and my chin) and I just dab a bit of it on those spots if they need it durning the day! (Usually don't) I've also had good luck with the Cetaphil cleanser! It's gentle, and non irritating on my skin which is HUGE for me!

Oh gosh I literally just read up 😭 My apologies! I'm sorry the CeraVe didn't work for you! That really stinks! I'm going to take a wild guess and say you need something heavier because your skin is still dry?

Sorry for so many comments that was an early send! Do you have a budget? And also, what do you prefer more? Cream or oil cleanser? I've read that cream cleansers are a better bet with dryer skin! That's probably not helpful at all! 😁

Also, have you tried layering moisturizers? I've heard that's it's a really good idea for those of us ladies with really dry skin!

Hi Isabel! I mean the cerave wash was really gentle but didn't do much in removing makeup etc.. and omg I can peel mine in sheets too!! I don't have a budget but I'd prefer somethig below $20... and yes I've layered but it always clumps into balls it's gross..

I can't explain my skin... It's so dry but during the day it's so oily

The vit e cleansing wash from bodyshop is so soft and moisturising.

If you can get your hands on the Bioderma Sensibio DS cleanser, definitely try it out! It gets rid of flackyness and dry patches! Xoxo Ellen.
