I want a hair style that will give me volume? but not cutting the length just layers.

Is that the new hairstyle or are you still looking for one?
If you're looking for one layers are the way to go, plus you could switch the parting (if your hair is parted on the right ask your hairdresser to put it on the left)
Also blow drying your hair over a brush or upside down will add volume

This is how my hair is right now I feel like need more volume on the top I want a good hair cut.
