You may need to keep your skin moisturized

Also it takes one day to heal. I put a lot of Vaseline.

You need to pull the skin to avoid the bleeding. I know that much.

You might be going to close to your skin with the thread, when I used to get my eyebrows threaded that would happen a lot to me when they made the girls who where training do them

Maybe put some aloe Vera on it to sooth it! I get my brows threaded and I get little rash bumps. I put aloe on it.

Apply powder(any powder, like baby powder or something) just before threading.. press your lips together tightly so that skin is stretched or ask someone to hold while threading.. after you are done, massage with ice and moisturize.

It seems like you are overdoing it with the thread in one area. Try icing the area afterwards and putting aloe vera gel on it.

Looks almost like a friction burn. This kind of irritation can lead to scarring if it happens multiple times. I would try a different hair removal method, perhaps waxing or tweezing.

Threading can cause a lot of problems, including infections, hyperpigmentation, blocked follicles, acne, and even permanent issues such as vitiligo and viral infections such as herpes. It is particularly risky when the threader holds the thread in their mouth, as this is highly unsanitary (bacteria/viruses will travel along the fiber of the thread to the skin).
