I've. Never tried it but I've heard that it's worked for a lot of people too the point where they didn't have to wash there hair for 4-5 days without using dry shampoo

Baking soda and baking powder and vinegar really rant the greatest for your hair. there are so many other and better options. If you don't want something with lots of dye perfumes or bad additives but don't want to spend a lot I suggest herbal essence's naked hair hair line.

What you posted above is actually better suited to remove product buildup from scalp and hair but to do on a constant basis...not a smart move at all. You hair still needs moisture and the three ingredients strip it of the natural oils. I would only advise using this once a month...twice a month max. I follow the no poo method and its been around for years amongst us beauties who wear our hair in its a natural state (no hair dyes, chemical straighteners, heat). I use As I Am Coconut Cowash to cleanse/condition and clarify with a sulfate free shampoo twice a month. Works for me.

I have been using the "no poo" method for a while now and it works pretty well for me. I switch between baking soda, borax, or herbs for a shampoo. Then use either ac vinegar or a citric acid rinse as a conditioner. I have a difficult time with oils or glycerin as a moisturizer since they weigh my hair down horribly, but fresh aloe works well. I rinse my hair with water daily to every other day and use the " shampoo" twice a week max. I had a lot of issues with store made shampoos so I made the switch. I feel a lot better about my hair using natural ingredients, and I have even played around with making a shine / hair spray mix, along with foundation, body wash, and a full face cleansing routine. I know not every one here is up to the natural ways but there is a lot of fun in it if you do go the natural way!!

My friend has a shampoo and I think conditioner from the literal brand no poo and it has done wonders for her hair.
