I recommend Panoxyl. I'm like you, noting worked for me. At all. I have a combination of dry and sensitive skin. But I've started using Panoxyl 4% and its the best. You can get it at Walgreens, and depending on your skin type it has different strengths. Like I think there is a 10% one too. But it has cleared my skin, it took about a week and a half for results, and I have to use a moisturizer after I use it because its so strong and makes my skin itch. But I also delude it with water because the 4% is even a little rough on my skin, but it gets rid of the acne!

I have tried that and it didn't really do anything for me. I've been using African black soap for 3-4 weeks and so far it's the only thing that's really worked for me. I have acne prone skin, extremely oily and on top of that I have eczema. I think it's the best thing I've ever used. Don't know what I would do without it
