Hi jade. There isn't too much you can do for your hair to grow in one week. Sometimes it takes months to grow out your hair. But here are some tips that you can use:
1.take Biotin everyday
2.do not use heat on your hair if you can
3.try to not comb your hair while its wet.
Again, there isn't too much you can do but if you take good care of your hair it will grow out :)

It is going to take some time, I wish it didn't though! I suggest biotin while you try to take care of your hair so no breakage occurs. You can always wear clip in extensions, that's what I do while my hair grows out.

My hair has always grown SUPER slow, but I've been taking biotin everyday for about three months, maybe a little less and I've had (average) hair growth. My hair has grown about 1 1/2"- 2" since then, which is about average, but it seems much more accelerated than my normal regrowth. I haven't been able to stop using heat or damaging my hair (I bleach it and heat style it daily) so you may have better results if you don't abuse your hair the way I do. Biotin may help you out!

Maybe it's split ends as a stylist I see MANY consumers that their hair is long but won't continue growing because they won't grow it so check that hair end lol! :)

Take great care of your hair! Hair grows about half an inch every month and there is nothing you can do to speed it up but if you take good care of your hair by eating nutritious foods not brushing it when wet and using wide tooth combs when detangle-ing hair will make your hair healthier and the healthier it is the more likely it is to grow!

I've been using both natural and store bought remedies. Hot oil treatments with Castor oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, olive oil. Hair masks help to keep hair moisturized. I've also been using the Lee Stafford hair growth treatment for hair that never grows past a certain length, it's basically a protein treatment that makes your hair stronger therefore preventive breakage sparing some length. I like it a lot, and you can get it at ulta for around $11!
