I've looked all over and can't find it! Where do they sell the nail dotting tools for designs?
maybe Michaels? I use an old pen or a tooth pick :p
I use a toothpick or a match
bobby pin but you can find a real nail dotting tool on amazon.com
Sally's beauty supply
I got five two sided on eBay for less then two dollars
You can go to http://www.amazon.com and there are different ones there. Or you can uses a toothpick or an old pen or pencil. (:
Hope this helps!
The best DIY I've seen is to put a pin you would use for keeping things together while sewing and stick the pointy end into a pencil's eraser. Very quick and cost less way to get a dotting tool!
eBay sell them cheap, but bobby pins, old dried pens, paper clips or toothpicks all work well :)
I've bought mine at Michael's. Found it in the art section of course. :)

I got a set of 5 double ended ones on Amazon
Toothpick. Or an old pen tip. Works like a charm.
Stick a straight pin (like the kind used for holding fabrics) and still it into an eraser on a pencil. Works exactly like a sitting tool and costs literally 10 cents.
*stick it into an eraser and sitting=dotting! Stupid autocorrect!
Go on ebay or Amazon. You can get a 5 pack of all different sizes for about $5!!!
Avon has one now!
ebay has a lot for cheap and essence has one too
