Hair looks good, they eyes look makeup looks okay. I think you could do something prettier with your eyes to make the blue pop! ill post pics.

The eyeliner on your waterline is not your friend, it really closes in your eyes and makes them look circular. I would go without or just do it to (at most) the middle of your eye and blend or use a brown. I think a gold eyeshadow with a light brown in the crease with some winged eyeliner and mascara would look great on you. Because your so pale (like myself :( ) I'd stay away from blacks unless you're going to really contour. Your skin looks so clear I wouldn't even put foundation on you, maybe a tinted moisturiser or a cc cream but I would recommend using bronzer or blush to put some colour back into your face (don't go crazy :P) Maybe play up the lips?

Take off the bottom eyeliner and add some bronze or gold eyeshadow and it will look beautiful! Btw I love the hair!
