NEWBIEE! :] Any advice/tips?

Hi everyone,
I am just starting out as a Youtube ''Beauty Guru'' so i'm fairly new too all of this! I have been watching other Guru's on youtube for a while and i have a little experience with makeup/hair so i know what i'm doing, although i do NOT consider myself to be a professional.
I have signed up to BEAUTYLISH so i can learn from others and get some support/advice on things so i can progress in my journey as a beauty guru!
I am so passionate about this, and it is probably one of the only things i have had a really strong mindset about. I want to give this 110% and give it my all, not just for myself but for people who will be taking time from their day to sit and watch me ramble on talking or watch me doing a tutorial.

So.. Has anybody got any ideas for simple videos to get me started?

I have one video up, & yes! i know the lighting is TERRIBLE, but it was a trial video so i knew what was what, and now i have a much better camera & future videos will be 100% better quality.
