if you want to get in depth with more than you could EVER want to know then look into Vincent Kehoe's Techniques of the Professional Make Up Artist! He covers bald caps and different prosthetic appliances for the face as well!! Tons of info - but it's not all glossy and pretty like most books have been marketed. Great suggestions from EVERYONE here though! Thanks everyone!

I agree with the posts - I was recommended 2 books when I thought of becoming a MUA and they are Bobbi Brown's Make Up Manual and Making Faces by Kevyn Aucoin. Both are brilliant. Also I like the more creative Make up and have got a lot of inspiration from Illamasqua website :-)
