Makeup help : Chalky/ cakey makeup.

I have been wearing makeup for a while now and I have noticed that when I walk out side it looks kind of chalky/cakey. I try to rub water into if but it only adds a wierd texture to my face. What should I do?

Maybe you should apply less tonal base on your face?Which type of skin do you have? For example I apply bb cream and sometimes consealer on my dry skin and it looks ok withought powder.

Urban decay Deslick, All nighter, MAC's fix plus these will make it less cakey and make it last longer. Just use a settingspray :)

You could try to mix your foundation with a moisturizing cream. Don't put water in it... Also make sure you are using the right color. And lastly don't apply to much. Start off sheer and build it up for coverage a little at a time...
