I just bought the bareMinerals concealer in light and the original powder in medium beige and after I have it on for a couple hours my face gets really oily!
I love the coverage of the two, but I hate that it makes my skin like this. does anyone have any tips/tricks to make it less oily? or does it do that to your face too?

What's your skintype? Are you using a primer underneath? And what's your skincare routine?
Personally I don't use mineral foundations, so can't answer to that.

Using Milk of Magnesia (yes, the laxative) before your primer and foundation application works wonders! And it only costs $4-5.

Try Urban Decay's All Nighter setting spray.

Raina I went to school for skin care. The reason your face is getting oily is because it's lacking moisture so it's creating the moisture it wants. If you face wash doesn't say ph balanced on it then only wash 1 time a day!! If your washing it more then that your stripping your face of the moisture. I personally love bare minerals face wash. It is ph balanced and all you need us 1 pump so the bottle lasts forever. My mom and I share the face wash and it lasts us over 6 months. Then I would go get a toner! That is going to help the moisture go deeper so your getting the moisture your face needs. The toner I use I get from Target from the boots collection. Make sure if you use a toner it never burns. If it burns that means it has alcohol in it. Just go to any bare minerals and tell them you'd like some samples of skin care. Tell them that you want enough for about a week so you can use it for longer then a day or 2 to make sure you like it! I hope this helps hun good luck!!
