Its too light, and your neck area should be the same color as your face so you don't look like a mask. What foundation do you use? go darker but not too dark, try cool tones, go to Mac & get matched, ask for a free sample, they will happily match you & give you a sample that usually last a few days. Its best to do that before you buy another full size bottle.

it looks like you have pink under tones like me. which you need a foundation that has a pink tone and not yellow.did you put any foundation on your neck or just your face? it just looks like you have a yellow toned foundation.

You have pink undertones so you definitely want a yellow base foundation so it warms up your face & matches with the rest of your body. Definitely get color matched first so you can see it for yourself before you buy the foundation. I work in a makeup store so I hope this helped :)
