I agree with Pamela, NYX Super Skinny Eye Maker makes it super easy to get that perfect cat eye because it has a felt tip which allows you to get close to your lashline :)

Depends on what type of applicator is easiest for you. I prefer pen liners, so from the drugstore I use either the Physician's Formula Eye Booster or the NYX Super Skinny/Super Fat Eye Marker, depending on what's easiest to grab and what would look best with the rest of my eye makeup. Word of warning, both of my NYX liners seemed to have lost most of their pigmentation pretty quickly, but storing them upside down does help.
