Elf brushes are very nice. You can find them at Target or some Dollar Stores. I'm not sure about prices but I would think all their brushes are 8 dollars or less.

I love sigma for high ends! They range from $9-30 for single brushes and $90-200 for sets. For low end I really love real technique ranging from $7-10 for single brushes and $20 for sers
