Is the winged eyeliner easy to do?

I've been kinda interested to try the winged eyeliner, but I'm not sure if
I can because it seems…kinda complicated…what do you think? Is it difficult or easy at first?

A trick I used in the beginning was putting tape from the edge of my eye to the outer edge of my brow and following the line. It became easier over time to then do it without tape.
