something i realized is going outside your culture and eat their foods... i started eating vietnamese, cameroonean (misspelled) and afghan just to name a few and noticed a difference. I believe its because they use more herbs and veggies to season and compile their ingredients...something outside the box hope it helps

Yes definitely just work out and eat healthy! That's is the best and healthiest way to lose weight. Eat super foods! I try to eat an avocado a day, almonds, tons of green tea and water, salmon, blueberries, kale, etc. They will dramatically help with weight, an overall health. :) losing weight the healthy way will also help with your skin and hair. :) what goes in shows on the outside.

I believe different people need different diets to be their best, something that works for one person may not work for another, For me I need a high protein/veggie diet but lower carb. But if I eat too many healthy carbs I gain weight( even if it's just fruit.) I recommend not drinking during or after meals because it makes food leave your stomach which decreases satiety. Drink lots of water or unsweetened tea the lest of the day, and don't eat after 8pm. I used to weigh 350 lbs and now I weigh 170 my final goal is 150. Good luck!

Also If you have any sleep issues go to the doctor and get them worked out. I had chronic insomnia my whole life and I felt the need to eat to get energy because I was so tired.

protein shakes worked really well for me. Balance that will lots of fruits and vegetables. Lots of water too.

Just exercise everyday for at least 20 min or do crunches everyday and drink alot of water and eat what u normally eat just maybe healthier and alittle less

crunches are sit ups I think! I put on weight by eating lots of junk and recently I started drinking lots of water after dinner and it stops me from wanting snacks and makes me feel full!

The first thing to do is love yourself just the way you are. I am also overweight. Everytime i quit my diet because i doesn't like myself even when i lose weight. Now i do love myself and my body and i have so much more energy now. I love myself even when i am overweight, thats my spirit. No matter what size you are, you're beautifull!
