I need a good, not to expensive, waterproof eyeliner that isn't gonna smudge off my water line. Any ideas?

I use stila eye pencil and black eye shadow, but I think all liner smudge off when on Water line..I tried everything too and some stuff are just a hit and some are so close.

i use the Sephora waterproof retractable eyeliner, no smudging! only downfall: it starts wearing out in the afternoon but its no big deal to me, i just reapply & i'm good to go the rest of the day, its $12

i have very watery eyes, and i put eyeliner on the waterline, so ive searched alot for good eyeliners that stay on. Palladio Herbal Precision Eyeliner (Sally's Beauty Supply, Ulta) is the best I've used, Loreal Infallible eyeliner, Avon Glimmersticks eyeliner.

For watery eyes you can try swabbing your waterline with a q-tip and adding a base liner like the NYX jumbo pencil in milk before actually applying your eyeliner. I use the unstoppable eyeliner by maybelline.

I absolutely love the hard candy walk the line liquid eyeliner, when I put it on I can run my eyes and it won't smudge at all. It's definitely a must have
