Whenever I paint my nails (often) bits of the white bit (top) peel away making the surface uneaven and when I take te polish off it gets caught underneath and 'stains' 😱 Any products or anything to help my nails stop doing this?

That happens to my nails often as well, mostly when my nail polish starts to chip. People always tell me it's from changing my color too often, because the acetone weakens your nails. My suggestion would be to go without color for a little while, let your nails breathe and strengthen up some before putting polish on again. I know, it sucks not having your nails painted (at least, it drives me nuts), but when they start getting really ragged I always just give them like a week without polish. Also, when they start to peel, don't peel them! I have a habit of doing that, but it just makes the peeling worse.

pick up a bottle of Seche Rebuild! it's about $6 and worth. every. penny. My nails used to split and peel like mica if I hit my hand on something or my fingers slipped on a drawer pull. Now they are indestructible! Gently buff and shine your nails and just use the Rebuild daily for about 2 weeks.

In the salon I started working they use shellac and let me tell u i love it... Everything about it its awesome. It doesn't chip, u have to wait nothing for them to dry and they last u for the longest time. I got mine done like 2 weeks ago and they are still looking the same and also their shine is incredible. Go do research on google. Its a bit on the expesive side but worth it.
