if anyone does the oil and honey thing I recommend doing it overnight also, and on a weekend. When I did a hot oil treatment it didn't wash out well so do it on a day when you don't have plans.
so glad I found this I've been trying to grow my hair for ages, I've partly improved It's texture with Aussie products & oils but its still quite dry & lacks growth. Are the Lee Stafford products better at hydrating than the Aussie products?

I tried the honey and olive oil... My hair didn't grew a lot but not 3 inches. More like 2 inches in a month.
