My man and I will be eloping in 2 months and I am starting my trial runs on my hair and makeup. I'm pretty set on what I will be doing with makeup but I'm a little lost for my hair. Send me your favorite pin up inspired hair videos that I can follow. I'm mostly looking for hair down or at least half down. I'm not to big on up-dos. Thanks!

Thank you! I'm going to attempt to do that hair style. I wonder if my bangs will stay up. I'm not very good at up-dos but it's worth a shot. :)
I think this breaks it down...?
Run a little mousse (I like Sebastian Whipped Creme a lot - soft not crunchy) through damp hair. Pincurl and allow to dry; Do the bangs first, though by making a triangularly shaped double parting deep into your fringe...think of an inverted V, with the point toward the back of your head.
Once it's all dry, remove the curls gently except for a few on top and the bang. Let them be while you fluff out the sides/back; then, pull it back into a loose knot - the less controlled, the better. You want it to look full inside the headpiece. Carefully remove the top sections, coil them loosely around your fingers and pin into place at the back. Be sure to use open "bob" pins to do this.
Now, hairspray the living daylights out of it resist the urge to fluff. Rene Furterer Laque de Vegetal is medium-firm and it smells nice.
Uncoil the bangs. Use your fingers to soften the curl and raise the bang up in a wave toward one side of your face. You can hit the base area with a little dry shampoo for a little grit and lift. Once it's in place, spray it again.
Attach your headpiece , spray lightly again. Mist it with a shine spray and you're good to go!
