Hi everyone,
I'm pretty new here, so sorry if this topic has been covered before.
I have just splashed out £15 ($23) on a pot of active 12+ Manuka Honey. Now i've got it i'm wondering what to do with it! lol I've read that it's anti-bacterial properties are fantastic, and people use it for acne/spot treatments. But has anyone used it for just a general skin healing face mask? or am I just going to create an expensive mess? x :)

I reckon any type of honey works great as a face mask! The only thing is that it can be rather messy to apply, so some add a bit of it to yogurt and slather that on instead. I've also heard that people dab it on pimples to kill bacteria and speed up recovery.
Drinking manuka honey is very good for the health too. My mom swears by mixing manuka honey with lemon juice and hot water for a quick sorethroat fix.
