@Zoe, with carnival we have many options. Also we could decide if we do a same theme within the carnival theme or everyone comes up with their own idea.
Here we have groups and every group has their on theme. If we do like a group we could see how everyone interpret each theme..

I'd love to do another collab with you Deisha. Our last one was really fun. Plus this time I'll be able to film mine instead of just having a blog post, because I got a new camera for Christmas. I like the carnival theme, because it opens everyone up to so many colors and glitters and craziness.

That time frames works fine for me. Plenty of time to come up with a look and get it filmed. And in case you don't still have my email its seaofneon@hotmail.com.
I'm guessing you're going to work it like I did and send out all the pics to us once you've received them from everyone, for us to put in our respective blog posts and videos.

Yes, you sent 1 or 2 pics of the final look. We all will use these pics for reference to the other girls in the collab. You put it at the beginning of the video, or in the blog post.
That way your viewers can see what we created also. And we will also add the link of the other participants. Here is an example of the one I did last time with Dani, Amanda and Josette

@Amy umm the theme is carnival. It's very open for creativity.
If you really want to do red carpet, I would say do it. Just make it more dramatic and or add glitters. I hope you get the point.

No offense to Amy because it may have been a fluke, but she signed up for the collab we did last time and then never responded to any of the emails I sent to her. So I wouldn't count on her being involved.

Ohh I wasn't aware of this, totally forgot. Well now I can't tell her she can participate, it wouldn't be nice from me. But I would be waiting for her pictures and links and it has to fit in the theme. If she doesn't sent her things we don't loose effort or anything.
