What Face and Eye Shadow Primers have you tried? Which do you find are the best?

I absolutely love Urban Decays shadow primer, havent tried any other b/c i am really pleased with it. I see a lot of people using NYX brand. How does that compare to UD? Does it? Also I use to use Smashbox foundation primer, which i found was good. Just bought Urban Decay Pore Perfecting face primer to review the differences. Cant wait to try! N E comments or suggestions on these types of products? PLEASE SHARE!

I am in the same boat as you as far as eye primer....I only use UD because I am pleased with it, so why change? If i need a pop of color, I just put either a paint pot or a nyx jumbo pencil over it. As far as primer goes, I just use MAC's prep and prime spf 50 just because of the high SPF =] Hope you find something that works well for you!

for eye primer i love the Two-Faced shadow insurance. I've tried a few just to know what's out there. I also like the NARS primer and UD promer potion. For face primer I used Makeup Forever's HD primer, the yellow one. I really like it, but I only use face primer in the summer when my skin gets a little oil, because most of the time I have dry skin. I have also tried the Clinique pore minimizer (wasn't impressed), laura Geller Spackle (ehhh), and the ELF primer (not so much).

I love urban decay primer potion for eyes and i recently loving my benefit porefessional primer for face, OMG it's awesome, you should try it out girls.....I still have my smashbox foundation primer which i love.....

I switch between the NYX HD, UDPP in original or Sin, & Too Faced Glitter Glue for pigments & glitters if I'm in the mood. My skin is super sensitive so I can't use the same one continuously.
I don't use face primer, it hurts my skin.

@ Erica, see i was reluctant to get the UD pore perfecting face primer b/c i was afraid it would clog my pores..I hope not! I will do a review when i finally try it this weekend

I got it from boots.....Used it on my clients, who had big pores, it worked wonders.......Try it and let me know hun. By the way your makeup looks r cool...Check my video out, I will post some more videos soon....take care x

I like the UDPP but I find that I have to lay down another base on top of it to prevent creasing. When I don't use a second base such as NYX or a concealer, my shadow creases. I started using Too Faced Shadow Insurance and I am in LOVE!!! I used it alone without another base and I had no creasing at all. It is now my go to primer. lol
