Hang Nails, Breaking Nails.. HELP.

I normally have really great, strong nails. But recently I started a job that is really harsh on my hands and nails. I use my nails a lot and the chemicals or over washing seem to be causing hang nails. I never have had hang nails before.

I want my strong beautiful nails back! Any suggestions?! Please and thank you! Anything is appreciated.

hmm... i think you should pamper your nails when you get home from work. massage your cuticles and use something like Sally Hansen "Hard As Nails" to protect them further from chipping. there's also a pill you could take if you want your nails back really bad, its vitamin b supplements or something. hope all goes well!
