When your looking for cleanser for your skin. Flip the bottle over if the first thing you see it says water based its only cleaning the top layer. Skin care by Dusty who is a certified Esthetician says aloe is designed to naturally cleanse deep within and pushes unwanted impurities out. She uses a product called cosmeutical.
