I have started using the Burt's bees cuticle cram and I must say I am very impressed. My main problem is the cuticles being too dry and my nails chipping like a croissant. Since I started using this I have noticed a drastic improvement.

i want to start taking better care of my nails/cuticles and i have noticed just today that half of my nails have peeling and are very brittle.
any great product recommendations that wont break the bank? i used to use sally hansen hard as nails, but i havent had much luck.
