OPI is also on the "gray" market at retail stores like Target, ShopKo, Walmart, KMart. HOWEVER it's not sold legitimately as OPI is only sold to pros who in turn resell it. If you find it at Target or any other store then it's been what OPI calls "redirected merchandise" which they don't sanction and the polishes will typically have the serial number sanded off.
