Hello everyone (:
So i have noticed that i have 966 subscribers on my youtube channel, but only half of them actually watch my videos :(
Do any of you know how could i improve my videos so that my own "subbies" would wanna watch them!
Thanks so much, i will highly appreciate any advice you guys can give me!

As a subber of a number of gurus I would say that it's normal. Don't know why but some people just subscribe and kind of leave it there. The most you could do I think is to be more interactive with your videos, like giveaways and such. But there will always be subscribers who don't watch. Don't fret about it too much. Just focus on the quality of the videos. Then more subscribers who will actually watch your videos will come naturally
