hi all.. ive been hearing a lot of hype aroung bh customers being extraordinarily pissed about their service, the product received being damaged, or that they simply didnt get their product.. yet i see the stuff being used it tutorials all the time.. anyone have any input here?

I've never purchased anything from them, but I've had great experiences with Coastal Scents and they sell similar products.
Most of those palettes (like the 88 and the 120) are also available on Ebay for much, much cheaper.

I've never had a problem with BH, I have one of their 120 palettes, a stippling brush (I love it), the lip palette, all of the waterproof lip liners (I don't like them, I bought all of them because they are cheap and I wanted to swatch them for my blog) I always get my stuff quickly and nothing has ever been broken. I've never heard any complaints about them, but coastal scents seems to be more popular.

Honestly, they sell many of *the same* palettes. Not similar. *The same*. Virtually all of them are available on eBay. In fact those palettes are wholesale ones made in China.
Personally I wouldn't patronize either/or.

I got the 1st edition 120 palette and the 66 lip palette from ebay so i cant really speak for bh cosmetics as far as customer service and shipping goes but i can speak for the quality of the products. The 120 palette is amazing, it was super cheap on ebay but i would be willing to pay what bh cosmetics is charging. The lip palette not so much. I haven't used it to much yet but it has been rather disappointing so far. For me at least, if i didn't feel comfortable buying from BH i would just buy the palettes on ebay instead. You can find it so cheap that it's not the end of the world if a few eye shadows are broken during shipping. Like i said though thats just me.

The only problem I had with the BH Palettes was that it wasn't really true to the color of the ones on the website (I got the custom 6 pan palette).

I don't think they are a same,as numerous friends of mine have purchased products from there with no complaints. It may have been just a few bad experiences

Hmm...I've never heard of that before. I have one of their palettes and it was shipped in like a week.

I ordered 120 palette 2nd edition from bh cosmetic in the end of October they were offering some amazing sale. It took them whole month to deliver me this palette and it came broken, one eye shadow was completely cracked and the corner of palette was broken. I'm so disappointed by their service !!!!! I'm not going to order anything online from Bh cosmetic ever !!!

I've ordered from them before & would do so again. I didn't have problems with my order it took about 5 days to arrive & I'm in Japan. But different people have different experiences. It'll be good/bad ones. It's all up to each individual customer to judge how the service was. When things are being shipped things get damaged or lost in the mail. Accidents occur with anything.

I just ordered two palettes from them & they were shipped very promptly as well as received in tact with no damages. I have no complaints :-)

Do you want to know about bhcosmetics.com website? I did a whois lookup for this site using http://www.whoisxy.com/. Here I got formatted information. Then I have searched some reviews in Google finally I saw some reviews here Scamadviser site I got this message "High Trust Rating.This Site Looks Safe To use." and here Webutation.net I got 100% web reputation.With these I think it is legit only.If you are satisfied with these reviews you can go with them.
