I have fine/wavy hair so I like to use Schwarzkopf OSiS Sherbet Wax Spray to give it some life! I just spray a bit of the wax into my hands and scrunch/lift the end of my hair to give it some volume and choppy texture. I keep this stuff away from my roots since it leaves it pretty greasy!
My hair stylish got me addicted to Moroccan oil. Sometimes I don't use conditioner and just put in Moroccan oil and blowdry; it makes my hair soft and non-frizzy!
i have thick, very wavy hair and i love tousle me softly finishing touch cream and hair gel (herbal essences), its a 10 miracle leave in conditioner, and aussies mega hairspray :)
i have dry and easy tangled hair.... i just recently found this tresemme heat protectant spray and i just spray it on before i blow dry and straighten my hair and it makes so much easier to manage and so soft! plus it's only like $4 :) as for a finishing cream, i like to use john frieda's secret weapon creme, it smooths down any frizz or poofiness
I'm a recent Aveda convert. I have a wicked sulfate allergy, so I was using organic and indie-brand shampoos, but after going from my natural black to platinum, my hair needed more. There was absolutely no conditioner in the world that helped me--even tried straight-up cholesterol treatments.
I heard good things about Aveda's Damage Repair line, and decided to bite the bullet and try it. I was hesitant to drop $100 off the bat, but it's been the only thing that's kept my hair remotely healthy and alive! Honestly, I felt the difference after one use. So my daily routine is now Damage Repair Shampoo, alternating Damage Repair Conditioner and Intense Repair Treatment (which I put on under a cap and leave for about 15mins), and after towel-drying I apply the Damage Repair leave-in...whatever it's called.
Once I go natural again, I'm still probably going to use that line because of the quinoa proteins and how soft they make my hair feel.
I have fine/wavy hair. I love the Schwarzkopf OSIS Anti-Frizz Serum. Fantastic in a tropical climate AND for the drier climate in Australia. The Kiehl's Silk Groom Serum works a treat, too.
@Liana B.: It definitely helps keep the frizzies away in the high humidity. It's so light that it doesn't weigh down my hair. I have a very oily scalp so flat hair is a definite issue for me. Don't need to use much so a bottle will last you forever.
For my fine hair I use Aveda Rosemary Mint shampoo and conditioner, but I also alternate with L'Oreal EverPure Sulfate-Free Volumizing shampoo and conditioner. I also try to make time to use Redken CAT treatment (used after shampoo and before conditioner). For styling I either use Aveda Confixor (gel) or Redken Rootful 06 on my roots and Aerate 08 through the rest of my hair before styling. As a hairspray, I can't get enough of TIGI Rockaholic Fun Times Flexible Spray.
I have thick/curly hair and always straighten it. I use Morrocan Oil, Chi Shine Spray and Flat Iron Guard, and S Factor Shine Spray. All of these products work really well to protect my hair from the flat iron and also tame frizz!
I have dry, coarse hair that's prone to frizz and unruliness with random waves (easily tamed by my CHI, thankfully, but that leaves my hair even drier). I am absolutely in love with TiGi Bed Head's After-Party. It's an amazing smoothing creme that leaves great shine and silkiness while taming flyaways, AND without any residue buildup whatsoever!
I have dry, fine hair and I must say my most favorite product is the Garnier Smooth and Shine Leave in Conditioning Creme. I also love the Tresseme line- especially the color line.
my hair is white blond, so i obviously need a purple shampoo, I use AG's I like it because you only need a small amount and it works really good, but it's highly concentrated so it kinda kills your hair, when i come out of the shower, i ALWAYS use AG's 'Fastfood' Leave in Conditioner and it really helps to moisturize my hair. The best part about these products are that they aren't tested on animals.
I have thick wavy/curly hair and I love Herbal essences body envy shampoo and conditioner. I let my hair air dry, so I use Garnier fructis smoothing creme to tame frizz. I still get some frizz though... so I am on the look out for a better one. A suggestion would be helpful :) I like Ouidad refreshing spray for my in between days (I wash my hair every other day)...and also like using Aussie hair insurance when I want to feel refreshed and smell like coconut. :P

I have dry hair due to years of straightening, but I've stopped and now I'm working on getting my hair back to it's usual shininess and healthiness. :) My favorite products are Biolage HydraSeal Leave-In Cream (so moisturizing and smells soooo good), Rusk Deep Shine Oil, Herbal Essences Hydralicious Self-Tageting shampoo and conditioner, and Keratin Complex Smoothing Therapy Conditioner.
