Right now I am using Elizabeth Arden's Visible Difference cream and it is a little too thick for daytime. Any suggestions for facial moisturizers that I can get at the drugstore without paying an arm and a leg for it? :)

Hey Liana! I love using Olay Complete Moisturizer for a light everyday moisture (around $7), but I myself am looking for something a bit heavier. Hope this helps!

I <3 Olay Age Defying Intensive Nourishing Cream... LOVES IT! Has BHA's in it as well

I use Simple's Hydrating Light Moisturizer. It's scent-free and it sinks into the skin really well. The only downer is that it doesn't have SPF. But I like how it gives a smooth, supple canvas for my makeup to go on in the mornings.

I use the Good old Ponds! its been around for years and its still going plus a little goes a loooooooong way! add a little bronzer to it in the summer and you have a tinted moisturizer too!

@Vivian: what is Simple? I've never heard of it...but it sounds nice! :)
@Janella: omg I used to use Pond's all the time! I actually really love it, I just like to switch things up now and then...hmm maybe I should go back to it! :)

I really like CG Smoothers for a tinted moisturizer. I'm light to medium. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg and it works really well! I've went through like 4606679334568 bottles now, been using it for years.

@Liana - My favorite drugstore face moisturizers are Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer w. SPF 15 and Neutrogena Continuous Hydration Moisturizer. I feel like they are light on my skin and I haven't had any breakouts or reactions from them. Good luck!

Nivea Visage Oil Free Moisturising Fluid is my favourite at the moment, really light and refreshing, great for oily and / or sensitive skin.

I really like Aveeno's Calming SPF 15, but it is a little thick. Right now I'm super into Garnier's Skin Renew Overnight Regenerating Cream.

I've also used my husbands Loreal Paris Menexpert confort max anti dryness after shave blam. it has vitamin E in it. I love it and it just glides on your skin leaving it soo smooth...yeah its kinda creepy but i wanted to know what it was like

I would recommend just applying a mixture of olive oil and honey for 15 minutes each night. Keeps my skin super moisturized and hydrated until the next evening :)

Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer w/ SPF 15... my absolute favorite and I've been using it for 6 or 7 years! I have about 4 bottles laying around because I would buy them in bulk... thats how much I like it! :)

Right now I'm really into the Garnier Moisture Rescue Lightweight Lotion SPF 15. It's super cheap (less than $10) and really does a fantastic job. My skin is so much more radiant from it!

ooh i keep hearing about that one! that's the one in the glass jar right? i think i want to try it, i keep hearing good things about it! thanks!

Have you tried CeraVe's moisturizing lotion? My dermatologist recommended this to me, it seriously helped hydrate my skin. I am currently using the moisturizing cream for winter time. You should definitely try the moisturizing lotion since it does its job well and is not thick at all. They have 3 versions: original, AM, and PM. The AM version has SPF 30 and the PM version has ceramides, niacinamide and hyaluronic acid.

i haven't tried it but i think i've seen it at the drugstores or target? is that where you can find it? how expensive it it? thanks for the suggestion by the way :)

I purchased mine from Walmart with a $2 off coupon. At the time, full price was $12, but I believe it's $13 now. I haven't seen CeraVe sold at Target, but I have seen it sold at Walgreens. I'm not sure about the other drugstores.

Walgreens.com is currently having a sale for the 12 oz original moisturizing lotion (from $13.99 down to $11.99). I'm not sure if this is an online only thing or if the sale is also in stores as well, but if it is, definitely use the coupon! You can print them out here: http://www.cerave.com/where-to-buy/print-coupons/

When I go on vacation it is usually to a hot and sunny place. I swear by Eucerin Everyday Protection SPF 30 - combo sunscreen and moiusterizer. I think you can pick up a bottle at Target for 7 bucks!

Definitely Olay :) It has SPF too and is as cheap as they come! I mix some SkinFood BB cream into it to make it a tinted moisturiser and its been my HG base for about 3 years!
