Heey Everyone My Fondation Has Nearly Ran Out I Wondering If Any Of You Have A Good Fondation To Recommend Me I Want One With A Good Coverage , Thank You xx
wooow, makeupforever has the best foundations in my opinion...also, clinique has great coverage, but doesn't make your skin look so flawless as the MUFE one... totally worth the price :)
If youre looking for full coverage -I always use Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation (It's my HG!). Ive tried SO many foundation from MAC, Revlon, Maybelline, MUFE, Nars, and plenty of others but Double Wear has never let me down. http://teaseandtweeze.blogspot.com/
Seconding Aubrey--I love love love MAC's Pro Longwear line. It has good coverage and lasts at least 12 hours. Also not bad when it comes to price.
Makeup Forever has good coverage, but I didn't like the way it felt on my skin. It felt oilier--I don't have oily skin (it's actually bone dry), but it made me look and feel oily without constant powder touch-ups. But then again, I use a primer with the MAC foundation, I did not with MUFE. So maybe that was my issue.
hey Luna, I don't think it's the primer,I rarely/never use the primer, but again it's individual, depends on your kind of skin and how it will react to the product, that's why products that work for some, don't work for others and the other way around..
thank you for all the comment i've found an excellent product it maybelline true match i found that it been clear up my spots and stay all day long :) xxx
I know this is an expensive foundation, but Chanel is hands down the best foundation I have ever purchased. I have two Chanel foundations and I have spent literally hundreds of dollars on foundations trying to find the perfect ones. I love the Chanel ones and I will always, always, always repurchase. Maybe I'm bias, but I adore them.
I wanted to also let everyone know that I had a really bad experience with the Smashbox foundations. I found the color separated from the liquid very easily. Thus, making the application very streaky. I do not recommend the Smashbox foundations. However, I may have just purchased a bad one.
I've been using Revlon Colorstay and MUFE Mat Velvet + for a while now. While the shade of Mat Velvet I have is a little closer to my skintone (though still a little bit dark), I prefer the coverage of Revlon Colorstay (just wish the shades I have match me better). There are a few others I want to try as well (MUFE HD being one of them).
Do not go near the MUFE foundation! It is literally the worst thing I've ever tried. If you'd spend a lot of money on a foundation then I DEFINITELY recommend you go for the NARS Sheer Glow Foundation. It is by far the best foundation out there!
Revlon Colorstay has been amazing for me, and then there's MAC's Studio Sculpt, which actually works on my combination skin. Good luck in finding one that matches your skin and tone! :)
Yeah, I'm pretty pale. Not as white as I look in my current picture (that's because of the flash), but pretty pale. Pretty sure none of MAC's foundations would work on me; I'm concerned even NC or NW15 shades would be too dark (and, in some of them, they definitely are!).
The others I'm looking into are, yep, NARS Sheer Glow or Sheer Matte. But also Bobbi Brown's liquid ones (I tried one of the cream foundations years ago), and one of the Illamasqua ones (the Light Foundation...yeah, the one you can't order from Sephora).
I'm currently loving the MAC Pro Longwear foundation. It's a medium to full coverage foundation. It doesn't feel heavy at all. I doesn't even feel like I'm wearing foundation when I apply it! It lasts for a very long time as well, about 12 hours + on me. It has a matte finish, which is perfect if you have oily/combination skin. You should get it a try since you're running out of your current foundation.

Personally, the "best" foundation is what's best on YOUR skin. I love Make Up For Ever & Smashbox foundations the best.
