Well I'm in nursing school and I'm up at 4am everyday so I don't really do a full face of makeup. If I did I would have to be up at 3:30 and that just won't happen. So I was just wondering what you guys suggest for a quick, everyday routine for me. I know about the NARS Multiple and the Tarte cheek stain which I might buy but I just want a little input first. Thanks!
I recommend a tinted moisturizer, if your eyebrows are light apply a brow gel, brow liner or shadow (remember: brows frame the face so it doesn't matter how in a hurry you are do not neglect them), mascara, blush, lip gloss and set the look with some translucent powder if you need it. On days where you might have a couple more minutes do either a winged out eyeliner or change it up a bit by applying a single shadow all over your lid and this will never get old because you can use a different shadow each day. Hope this helps!!
My daily make-up takes 5 mins, I use a concealer, powder, eyeliner, mascara and lip balm. The eyeliner stays put all day too. Some days I have to be at work very early also so I understand! I have my routine, photos and products used listed here, take a look, see what you think. Its called 'Whats On My Face!' http://thebeautyboardx.blogspot.co....
A BB cream & if need be, concealer w/powder to set (full coverage if required).. A highlight shade (cream or powder) for inner corners of the eyes, brown bone, cheekbones & Cupid's bow.. A multi-use stick or cream blush for cheeks & lips.. Mascara & a tinted brow gel :) you'd be surprised how much a highlighter can make you look that much more polished, awake & glowy! I'd say base is the most important step though, xx
For eyes I would suggest getting one or two basic colors of the Urban Decay 24/7 shadow pencils. Just swipe some on and blend and bam, eye shadow look all day:)
I like to do a subtle smoky eye (base color then a crease color blended out and a coat of mascara) with foundation and a bold lip. That's always the easiest for me in the morning
BB cream is the way to go for skin, because (depending in what kind you buy) they can definitely be full coverage and apply easy with fingers. Don't forget to add a little bit of blush and/or Bronzer to your cheeks to keep your face looking fresh. As for the eyes, eyeshadow duos are your best friend. After trying some out, I really enjoyed the e.l.f brand quite a lot. And because they're so cheap I bought a natural/Bronzy color for everyday and a few color ones for when I crave change. Stay away from the cover girl brand duos, they tend to smudge and go everywhere. For eyeliner try using a khajal eyeliner in either dark brown or black. Apply a thin layer to lashes and smudge out with fingers, q-tips, or a brush. Add a few coats of mascara and you'll be done in no time:)
I would do eyebrows, mascara and lipgloss. And if you have time to do more, concealer and that's it, I think you could look polished with out taking a lot of time ;D (just MY opinion). Hope it helps
If I have to be quick due to limited time I usually put on a bb cream, a creamy cheek tint and mascara and lipgloss. Less than 5 minutes and I can pull this off with very little lighting (often times my fam is still asleep and I'm not trying to wake them up) and half awake.lol
Honestly i would just do some mascara, lip gloss, and some blush for ur cheeks. Its quick and still looks good :) ok and maybe a lil eyeshadow. I wouldnt worry bout foundation etc that early and by the looks of ur pic u dont need any of it :)
Easy peasy. You'll be out the door in no time. Tinted cream, cream blush, mascara and some lip balm. A really good tip is to go and have your brows and eyelashes tinted once a month. That way you wake up everyday with wonderful brows and if you forget to put mascara on no one will ever know!!! Genius!!!
Use a daily glow mosturiser every night so when you wake up it seems you will have foundation on. Just touch up with blush, natural eyeshadow, mascara and a natural or bold lipstick or gloss
