This is so awesome! Thanks for sharing. I knew of MAC's but not of the others! <3

Oh that's nothing. I have a list of companies that offer pro discounts but I'm still working on the requirements list and the discount amount. Some of the companies don't have the pro requirement info on their websites so I've e-mailed them asking for that info.

Yasmin you are a very helpful helpful lady :)

Added several more to the list. Still working on it. I need to find my list of companies since those are the ones I know (almost) "off the top of my head".

Thanks so much for this one!

Still waiting to hear back from several other companies since their pro programs are not up on their websites.

That's impressive. It's nice to know about student discounts, and having this all in one place just makes it easier to go about getting everything together to apply for everything all at once.  Thanks!

I did hear back from a Stila rep and here's what she wrote that I found to be amusing since MAC has the most lax credential verification.

"Please note that a MAC pro card is NOT a credential and will not be accepted."

Thanks for this post yasmin! ive been working as a freelance makeup artist for 3 years and in cosmetology school now and i completely forgot half these companies offered that!

I find it interesting stilas rep said that! brand jealously maybe? LOL

You're welcome!

LOL -- I think it's due to the fact that MAC is the EASIEST "pro" card to obtain. I also noticed that MAC is the only one you have to pay for - all other companies offer free pro cards.

Yeah that is true, i am shocked when i see some gurus on YT who have one and my jaw drops! i always say "if the only knew" HAHA cracks me up!

i had a mac pro card when i first started my buisness but i was so sick of the payment and i got what i needed when i first had the card although i might resign up. but i want the MUFE sooo bad! ill wait till im done with school haha

If you're a student apply for the MUFE student discount - 20% discount is better than full price. ;)

Yasmin... you are the best. I only have the Stila discount so far. I am licensed but I am also a full-time nursing student and I just dont have the time to do the research. I want all the discounts I can get and now I can apply for everything. Thank you so much. Now I dont have to try and find everything. It's all here (right in front of me). Thank you thank you thank you. I was actually going to wait until IMATS New York to apply for everything... now I dont have to.
