In 2010 I cut my hair shoulder length because of damage. only way to start over. now this is it in 2013 all natural no extensions. stop using flat irons if you use it. get bumble and bumble straight blow dry product on wet/damp hair I use dime size on ends only not close to the root of your hair. blow dry with nozzle on end. Instead of washing your hair next day just add some waves or curls to your hair to keep you from over washing hair that will dry it out and cause your hair to become brittle. I also use Wen hair conditioner I don't use shampoo anymore. get the one thats for your hair type. if you never used it, it takes time getting use to cleansing your hair the right way. trim your hair about 8 weeks just about half to n inch. then you will see a difference in your hair.
Spray milk in your hair leave it in for 20-40 minutes wash it out with baby shampoo and then you will have really hydrated hair. it doesn't smell or anything.
