My mom bought golden acrilic paint, for fun (and boredom) I wrote something on my wrist with it. I loved how shiny it looked, so it made me wonder...
Is it okay if I use acrilic for face painting? maybe not paint the whole face, but to draw some lines. Is it dangerous?.

Golden acrylic airbrush paints are a staple for FX makeup. I use it all the time, inhaling it isn't the best (inhaling anything isn't either), but it's safe for your skin.

Golden is high quality acrylic VS Liquitex brand. I would just make sure I keep red pigments away from eyes, since not all reds are eye safe.

It will hurt taking it off and once it dries! I'm an art student, and in grade 10 we got bored on halloween, and decided we wanted to be she hulk. we all painted our entire faces, necks and arms green, once it started to dry it was super painful, washing it off hurt too, plus our skin was red and irritated for days!

It must have been applied pretty thickly? When I airbrush with it, it rinses painlessly off with water.

Yes, I wouldn' apply near the eyes, maybe on the eyebrows.
Aw that's bad D: maybe it was another kind of acrilic, the one I did in my wrist fell of quick, it was like a small fabric peeling off
Where can I get the airbrush?

we were at school, we used brushes:) nope same kind also Golden is one of the pricier brands, I'd go for Van Gogh in the future, if it's just for playing around, airbrushing would be a lot nicer to your skin, but they're pretty costly, if you just want to play around with them.
