I believe temptalia has a foundation matrix that cross-references different shades of foundation and thei matches across all the different brands here: http://www.temptalia.com/foundation-matrix

Not exactly, but I'm close at NC42'ish.

I co-sign with Soma on Temptalia's foundation matrix.. it's a great place to start. Not all of the recommendations were spot on, but it definitely narrows things down.

Are there any particular foundations you're interested in?

I used the foundation matrix in the past and have found it good. I also came across findation www.findation.com which operates in a similar way but i got more matches.
