crest white strips worked really good for me until I got braces!:( haha also you can use hydrogen peroxide, you just put it on a toothbrush(one you don't use often) and brush only your teeth and make sure not to swallow any! hope this helped!
All tooth whiteners are are hydrogen peroxide strips. You can use 3% hydrogen peroxide from the drug store (there should be mouthwash directions on the bottle) or a whitener mouthwash.
Do NOT use hair developer, which is 10% hydrogen peroxide and up, because that can eat away at enamel which would permanent damage your teeth.
I have always used the Crest White Strips (7 day). It works, however, I do experience tooth sensitivity (to extreme hot and cold food and beverages) after the 3rd day. I do the white strips every 6 months (only b/c I am a coffee drinker) and coffee stains teeth.
After approximately 3 years of having to wear braces, my teeth looked a little bit yellow. So I decided to try out Crest Whitening strips and they work amazing! I got the "3D white Whitestrips with Advanced Seal" 20 pouches, a total of 40 strips. The only downside is that after a few times of using them, I experience tooth sensitivity. BUT I do have pearly whites now. A little expensive but You should really invest in these, it's worth it :)
I just got mine from my work (work at a dentist) but with regards to sensitivity Im not sure if you guys will have it over your way (Im from Australia assumeing yous arent) colgate sensitive pro-relief is awsome! You just rub it onto your teeth. You can brush your teeth with it but most effective rubbed on. Its what I use to stop it anyway.
dip a qtip in hydrogen peroxide and put it on your teeth leave if for 20 minutes than wash it out and brush teeth do it every once in a while. also baking soda in your tooth pase is graet also.
if you can splurge or save up, ZOOM is totally worth it! when my dentist started offering it they had a 50% discount if you made a cleaning appointment but I would totally pay the full cost if I ever need it again.
