Sally Hansen has one called Diamond Strength. I have been using it for about a week and so far I havn't had a problem. No peeling, chipping, breaking, nothing. So maybe you should check that out. :)

I don't know if you consider OPI drugstore or not, but I have tried so many nail strengthening products including ones that cost $20, but the only one that has worked and I swear by now is OPI Nail envy! My nails are the longest and strongest they have EVER been!

I too have thin brittle nails... for years I have been battling. OPI Envy did not work for me. Actually nothing has worked for me. I need to go speak with my dr... it might have to do with my diet.

I promote Zoya's brand called "Qtica".. they have a strenghtener/nailstimulator in one bottle. My clients love it.

I know it's expensive but I love OPI Nail Envy in Matte. It has really really improved the condition of my nails and makes a great base coat for polishes!

My nails are constantly breaking and chipping but recently I found Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Strengthener and its amazing!!!! My nails were growing just fine because of my diet change and my water intake so I finally got them longer but they were flimsy so I researched and found that a ton of people recommended that one and I haven't turned back. I use it as a base coat and apply it on the underside of my nails as well and it keeps them strong all week for my manicures.
