Okay so I do own a curling iron but usually it takes me forever to curl my hair because I can't seem to get the hang of it. And I've seen videos of girls using hot rollers to curl their hair. Are they easier to use than a curling iron and do they curl your hair better than a curling iron? I always want to curl my hair for school but I don't get up early enough to have the time to curl my hair. So would the rollers take less time? I have to catch the bus at 7 so if I wake up at six would that be enough time for the rollers and be able to get dressed, eat, etc?
And what are some good quality hot rollers from like target or stores like that. But that are cheap? I'm going to ask for them for my birthday that's coming up but I'm asking for a lot of other things so I don't want them to be like $60 and over.

I've never used hot rollers (want to try them though), but you said something about not having time to curl your hair in the morning...you can always curl it at night and sleep on it. I used to do that all the time and by the time the morning rolls around they will have fallen into really pretty waves! :)

I've tried that, and I roll around a lot so in the morning my hair is a tangled mess so when I brush it, it just gets poofy and not what I want.

I think you personally have to see what is easier to use for you. Using hot rollers also needs to take quite a bit of practice and could take a while to get it all set in your hair.
I have to use velcro rollers because it is easier for me to use. I have a hard time using regular rollers because my hair just slips right out. But the only thing is that its not heated.
When I needs to curl my hair quickly, I use my flat iron. It takes a shorter amount of time for me versus using a curling iron.

Hot rollers could be a geat idea! Put them in, eat get dressed ect (this should give them time to cool and set) then just take them out before you leave. It does take a bit of practice but once you've got the hang of it it should be fine!

Hot rollers can be tricky but in the end, they're so worth it. I like to throw my hair up into rollers and then do my makeup while they set. Try to get some with clips (or by clips) because the little metal things are a pain in the butt. The curls they give you are slightly different than a curling iron. The curls will be a lot looser but bouncier. I feel like rollers give a more natural curl. For me, it took me around 40 minutes to get them in at first. Now I can do them in around 5 to 10 minutes. It just takes practice.

Yes I agree it takes time and practice to put in rollers but they're natural look and bouncy texture to the curls.Basically its up to what works for you:) Good Luck!

I use hot rollers before school, they are BabyBliss or something. I heat them up when I wake up and in a few minutes they are ready. I just put them in my hair and get ready. When I'm ready to go I take them out and they last all day.
It takes a bit of practice to get them in fast, at first it takes a while.

You should check out the Caruso steam set. They're very easy to use and completely safe for your hair. You can even use them daily! The rollers come in a few different sizes and it only takes like 10-20 mins to use

I didn't have the same trouble with hot rollers that some other people seem to have had, I find them really easy to use and because your hair sets that way, the curls last a really long time, sometimes even into the second day. In terms of time, they're way faster than curling your hair. You pop them in, go about your morning, and take them out before you go.

I use Jilbere de Paris porcelain hot rollers. Just make sure to buy the kind of hot rollers that are best for your hair type.
