Soo during fall, I got really bold and confident (a great feeling :D) and cut all of my hair off into a bob. It was cute and I loved it for awhile, but now I miss my long hair...Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to grow out hair fast? Ive been massaging argan oil into my scalp every night (advice from my hair stylist) and I was taking Nioxion vitamin supplements but they didnt do the trick. I appreciate the help :] :] Thanks!

There really isn't one trick that will make your hair grow faster. But here are a few things that will help. Try incorporating more protein into your daily diet. Drink alot of water. Try taking a supplement called biotin. They sell it in target really cheap, like $2.

Also make sure you get your ends trimmed regularly and try not to style hair using heat too much

one advice i have is to avoid using heat for a few months. since it is summer i have been doing that and it is defiantly working some affordable products i recommend are organix moroccan/argan oil. I also use the organix moroccan/argan deep conditioner 3 times a week. I leave it in for 5 mins and put my hair in a shower cap. I hope that helped and good luck growing out your hair!

I cut off my hair last summer, around this time, into a short bob and cut it again about 6 months later. Its grown about 2 inches since then. What ive done is wash it every 2 days, on weekends (if you can) let it go all weekend, like, wash it thursday, and let it be friday and saturday and wash it agains sunday (if possible). Get it trimmed once ever couple months, just the ends. If you dont cut the ends of what will happen is when your hair does grow the ends will keep splitting and the length wont get any longer. Buy some hair serum (paul mitchen super skinny, or even maracan oil) towel dry and apply the serum, and let it air dry. Dont use heat, cause it'll case the cuticle to open and release moisture. When you towel dry your hair, dont go all crazy and rub your hair itll, just break and damage the hair shaft. When you towel dry, kinda of sqeeze it, and do a scrunching motion. to get the excess water out. I havent been really brushing my hair wet either, i just style my bangs with my fingertips and then run my fingers through the rest of my hair to untangle it. Deep condition the ends once a week for a month, then do it a couple times a month. (Joico reconstructor is a good one, i really recommend this one). I definatly agree with above, lots of TLC and just being careful not to damage or dehydrate your hair. Vitamin A also helps it along, it also helps improve your skin too! Hope this helps, good luck!

Don't wash your hair as often as you usually would.(obviously bathe still) don't wash your hair for 2-3 days this helps your hair grow longer and faster because your not stripping your hair of it's natural oils as often, which will let your hair get the chance to grow faster. Also, as everybody else said, get yOur hair trimmed regularly to avoid split ends to stop the hair from growing.

It also helps to put conditioner in on wet hair first and scrub with shampoo at the top of your scalp

You should cut down on how much styling you do to your hair. The reason your hair is falling out is because your literally killing it. Now, I don't mean you can't do anything to your damaged hair. When you do use heat or blow dry, use a heat protectant before styling. When blow drying, try using the lowest setting or the cool button. I don't feel like it is necessary to blow dry every time you shower. If you're staying home, let it naturally air dry. What kind of shampoo and conditioner do you use? I use Moroccan Aragon Oil 360 Moisture from Avon. It has made a HUGE difference in my hair, and I rarely use heat. I also use One n' Only Aragon Oil Leave-In Conditioner. You can get this at Sally Hanson. It's one of their cheapest, I believe, yet it is so amazing! I just ran out and I can feel the difference without it. I find that if you wring out your hair before conditioning, it helps dramatically! Leave every product you use in the shower in you hair for about ten minutes to get the best results. To have your hair look healthier and shine, try rinsing with, as cold as you can handle, cold water. This stops frizz and makes your hair silkily shine! I go back to you saying that your hair falls out. Mine used to a lot and I had to empty my brush nearly every day. Would you run a brush through a piece of silk? No, that would be ridiculous, right? Visually, as your hair is wet, it relates to silk. Let it dry, or I find it better to just allow it to become damp. That where the One n' Only Leave-In Conditioner locks in the moisture. If you have to brush it or you're in a hurry, use a wide tooth comb! A brush damages your hair when it is wet. If your hair is just so damaged and you need some more help, there are pills out there. I would recommend a Hair, Skin, and Nails Vitamin. The most important solution for every problem in the world is water! I was never one to just be satisfied with water, and I'll admit, I'm still not. But, with multiple health problems, it has helped me well. The average person is supposed to drink eight glasses of water a day! That's insane to me. I recommend, and going to do, is get a refillable bottle. I'm going to make lines and put a time on each line of when that much needs to be drunken. I hope this helps!
