Concealer or Foundation first ?

Depends on the concealer and foundation. Usually I use concealer first, since the type than I'm using sets up.. and thus doesn't smudge with foundation layered over top.

concealer than foundation! I use concealer first because if you did it after usually they aren't the exact same color and you can see the concealer spots, if you put the foundation on after then you get a more even color all over your face!

I used to do concealer then foundation, but lately I've found it better to do it the other way because then I know where to put the concealer. The only thing I put on first is my under eye corrector because I already know I need that and the foundation helps to blend the orange-y correcter in with my skin.

For me it depends on the type of foundation.

Liquid I always do foundation, concealer, powder.
Powder, mineral or any other type then liquid I always do my concealer, foundation, then powder.

Foundation first, then you'll use less concealer because you already have some coverage :) And I find that, if i apply concealer first, the foundation will smear the concealer and i have to reapply :/ x

Always do foundation then concealer, then you know where you need coverage, if any at all, where the foundation missed.

I use concealer first and then foundation, but it's probably better to use foundation first so you can conceal everything that the foundation didn't cover up...if that makes sense. :)
