What are your make-up routines?

I am completely ignorant about the right application of makeup that is outside the basic foundation, concealer and powder.
I've heard of primers? Contouring? Highlighting?

So I wanna know how you guys do your make up. Which one goes first?

2nd: face
-benefit porefessional on my nose
-L'oreal face primer
-concealer
-foundation/bb cream
-more concealer if needed
-powder
-blush/contour/highlight

3rd: lips
-lip balm
-lipgloss

First imake sure my face is clean an moisterized then ido my foundationor ijst do BB cream set that with a powder then ido my eyebrows (icolor them in) then prime my eye and do my eyemakeup then eyeliner mascara and if iuse false lashes iput them on then icontour and highlight then ido my lips

- Moisturize (raw shea butter or MAC strobe cream)
- Foundation (occasionally)

Eyes:
-Primer
-Eyeshadow
-Coloring the waterline (if the look calls for it)
-Coloring the lower lash line (if the look calls for it)
-Liner
-Mascara

Lips:
-Primer (if the lipstick isn't moisturizing on it's own)
-Lip pencil (if wearing lipstick)
-Lipstick
