Nothing can beat lit glitters I own 31 colors and I've never used anything like them. in fact they stay on so amazing that people often ask me if I'm wearing decals, because they have never seen glitter so perfect before I love lit and Jodie is a doll.

I went online to purchase lit glitter and my trwasansaction would not go thru.. no reason just that it was declined. I have more than enough money in my account. any clue why??
